The salon's regulations are designed to ensure maximum comfort and satisfaction for customers - both four-legged and two-legged.
By booking an appointment, the owner declares that they are familiar with the regulations and accept them.

Rules

Before the Appointment:

• Please do not feed your dog right before the appointment to avoid discomfort during grooming.
• Please allow your dog to relieve itself before coming to the salon.
• Do not bathe your dog before the appointment – we will take care of this in the salon with professional products tailored to your dog’s needs.

I will call you when your dog is ready with its new haircut. There is no need to arrive earlier, as this may make it harder to complete the grooming session.

Each service is a complete treatment that includes professional bathing, haircut/styling, clipping/trimming, ear cleaning, and nail clipping.

If your dog’s coat is heavily matted, the agreed haircut may be adjusted, as your dog’s comfort and well-being will always remain the highest priority.

The groomer reserves the right to refuse service if the dog shows aggressive, unstable, or threatening behavior, and may require payment for the work already carried out.

In cases of severe matting, behavioral problems, or similar issues, a 30% surcharge will be added to the base price. We do not handle rehabilitation of aggressive dogs.

The owner is obliged to inform the groomer if the dog has had or suffers from neurological, psychological, mobility-related, skin-related, or allergic conditions, or similar. This must be communicated before the appointment.

The salon is not responsible for any worsening of the dog’s health if the owner withholds information about illnesses such as epilepsy or heart disease.

Appointments can be booked daily by phone between 09:00–18:00, by email, or via BOOK ONLINE.

For the safety of the dog, to make the groomer’s work easier, and to reduce grooming time, all services are carried out without the owner present. Dogs are calmer and cooperate better when the owner is not in the room.

The owner must inform the salon of any delays. Delays of more than 15 minutes may result in changes to the agreed haircut. Unannounced delays of more than 20 minutes will result in the appointment being cancelled due to insufficient time for treatment.

Cancellations or changes to appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance via SMS or phone call.

If the owner does not show up for the appointment without notice at least 24 hours in advance, a new appointment can only be booked after prepayment of 50% of the price of a standard session.
